Check your user ID and password:
Make sure you entered it EXACTLY as per your subscription
email. Make sure you have CAPS LOCK off and you haven't
left any spaces before or after your ID or password. These
are the most common causes of login problems.
Check your membership details: Your membership
may just have expired, which means your password will not
work.
Our security system requires that you do not block information
from our site or your browser. Therefore some anti virus
programs (eg Norton Utilities), some Firewalls, some Browsers
(eg AOL) and some components of Windows SP2 can block cookies
and referring URLs, and not allow our security system to
work. If the system can't recognise 'you' and set you up,
then access will be denied. These sort of programs need
to be turned off, or their properties changed to allow referrers
while you are visiting our site. These programs may also
affect your access to some areas of our site.
